Some Physical Change: These children sometimes have to work harder to acheive good muscle tone and strength which certainly may affect sports and such skills.Also one has to be sure that there are no other associated medical issues.

Future unknown: Floppy baby syndrome is a general term applied to a baby who has muscle weakness and muscle tone. They usually have a poor suck and have motor delay.It is difficult to say how this would affect a person later on in life because it is symptom complex found in many different diseases.Suffice it to say, such a child needs intensive physical and occupational therapy.
