How would you know?: I can not come up with a scenario where it would be possible for someone to know that a certain sensation is coming from the fallopian tube. Assuming you are not pregnant a fluttering sensation would most likely come from the intestines.

What do you mean?: The fallopian tubes have cilia in them which are finger like protrusions that help to move fluid, eggs, and fertilized eggs along. I suppose you could say they flutter or wave but this is not something you would feel.
