Yes: Being late or skipping a depo=provera injection can make it more likely to get pregnant and remove your birth control protection. Your symptoms could easily be secondary to having gotten pregnant. Get a pregnancy test and go for prenatal care if positive. I would see an ob-gyn doctore even if the pregnancy test is negative.
