I don't think so: Generally, computer screens are not bad for your eyes, may be on the contrary, protective, shielding your eyes as well as your body from the radiation the screens are emitting.

No: Computer screens are like listening to fingernails on a chalkboard. It won't make you deaf but it is not fun to listen too. People don't blink as much when looking at a computer so their eyes dry out. This causes eye strain and fatigue. Raising your chair and tilting the screen back can help. Using artificial tears before computer use helps also.
