No difference: The success of conception requires a process where sperm have access to the cervix & enter.They then swim for a while through the uterus & toward the egg, which it encounters in the fallopian tube. If conception does occur, the material has time to develop the structure it needs to implant in the womb & start the pregnancy.Position of the partners doesn't factor into this complex process.
