Please see an MD : For back pain you would be well to see a neurologist or a neurosurgeon. They would be able to assess your pain, origins and give you suggestions for an adecuate treatment. The more you wait, the more complicated it may become.

I get a dull pain in my lower back nearly every day, I had an ultrasound and my kidneys are fine. But I do have gastritis, would that cause the pain? Or could it be caused by other things like gas buildup, constipation etc?
