I would: The meds you are on will not harm baby & there is no better nutrition for baby than your milk. It is unlikely you could avoid passing a virus since you were likely contagious before you felt bad. Most bacterial pneumonia does not pass readily from person to person. Just feed & monitor the situation & have baby seen if s/he becomes symptomatic.
