No such thing: Retina replacement is not a possibility, trials to replace part of the retina have not shown to be effective. Corneas can be transplanted with good results.

Retina Replacement: No treatment like this exist in medicine today. The retina is a complex organ and is basically neural tissue and extension of the brain with millions of axons. There are prosthesis which are in development but they are nothing compared to what native vision offers.
