Discharge: A discharge..Ok. It should be re-evaluated and recultured. They should look at it under a microscope..Is there white cells, macrophages etc. The following need to be ruled out: chlamydia trachomatis (25 to 60 %). Mycoplasma genitalium (up to 25 %). Ureaplasma urealyticum (15 to 25 %). Trichomonas vaginalis (17 %). Herpes simplex (1-2 %). If all else fails..See a urologist.
