How will i know if i am having twins?

Sonography: There isn't a tell-tale way of knowing if you are having twins in the first trimester of pregnancy. Some women carrying multiples have exaggerated symptoms of pregnancy, like more pronounced nausea/vomiting. Ultimately, at some point during your pregnancy, you will have a sonogram performed and the twin pregnancy will be identified.
