Ovulation: If you are not on any sort of hormonal birth control; you may be feeling pain associated with ovulation. It's usually noted mid-cycle. Keep track of your pain and bleeding on a calendar to see if there is any relation.

That can be: Do to a couple of things. You may need to get on the pill to regulate the cycle. If sexually active it could be an infection, we always want to rule out pregnancy which sounds unlikely but not impossible (if u r sexually active), .
