Cramping after: Intercourse can be a couple of things. It's usually an infection, probably of the bladder. I would go get seen though, if not on the pill you may benefit.

Number of causes: Do you pass gas afterward? Vigorous intercourse can cause an accumulation of air in vagina that can pass or cause discomfort and pass later. Try a different position. If none of this applies, endometriosis, adhesions from prior surgery, or bladder or bowel problems may be at fault. Further evaluation would be in order.
