May be none: Chlamydia's most common presentation is absolutely no signs at all. If you are concerned that you may have been exposed, or if you have itching, discharge, or trouble with urination, you should see your doctor for a pelvic exam and testing for chlamydia and other std's. Chlamydia can cause pid and infertility and if you have any concerns about it, you should be screened.
