Fertility: Chlamydia if left untreated for a certain length of time can affect the fallopian tubes approximately 15% with each infection. It is not unusual to have semen extrude from the vagina after intercourse. The vaginal canal is a potential space and usually the liquid part of the semen is extruded but the sperm itself normally attaches to the upper part of the vaginal canal especially around the cervix and cervical mucus.
