Accuracy of hpt: Despite improvement in home pregnancy testing, they can still miss pregnancies when hormone levels are very low. You should have blood pregnancy testing approximately 9 days after day 5 embryo transfer. Blood testing is more accurate. Best of luck.

Possible: If your embryo(s) were slightly delayed n development, then implantation and detection could occur in next 1 to 2 days. Being light-headed, can be an effect of Progesterone supplementation you are most likely on. Stay positive!
