Prescription?: I assume that when you say "eye degree" you mean the prescription? If so, there is nothing you can do to reduce it other than refractive surgery. See your eye doctor to determine whether you are a candidate.

Prescription: Your prescription will usually stabilize between 18-22 years of age. There is nothing you can do to reduce your prescription other than having laser eye surgery or another procedure once stable.
