A member asked:

How to find out if i'm still allergic to latex safely?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Blood and patch test: If your allergy is limited to the skin, such as a rash, you can get patch tested for it. If your symptoms are more systemic and involve nasal congestion, runny nose, wheezing and cough, you should have a blood test for specific ige to latex. Consult an allergist about it. They will advise which test to have depending on your symptoms.
