Not related: There are many reasons for weomen to have intermittent bleeding between periods or brown discharge (which is usually old blood). They are not related to a tubal ligation, however, as your periods comes fomr th euterus, not the tubes. A visit to your gynecologist may be helpful in figuring this out for you. Perhaps there are polyps in the utuerus or your hormones are not in synch for ovulation.
