Usually not a problem: It's very common to have semen come out of the vagina after intercourse. The first part of the ejaculation contains approximately 90% of the sperm. This is what is placed the closest to the cervix and usually stays in the cervical mucus and is not extruded from the vaginal canal during withdrawal of the penis.
