Pregnancy?: What do you think it could be? Vomiting 20 days while late on period. Your left rib pain probably coincided with the vomiting . It likely is if they are close in time, first thing is to get a upt and say whether or not u r pregnant, from there we are in a much better position to help. Gd luc.
