Depends...: Depends on which muscle (or group of muscles) you pulled, how deep they are, and how badly injured they may be. No hernia found, right? If you think you're ready to try again, start exercising slowly and stop when your abdomen starts hurting. Don't push it, or you may further injury the muscle & delay your recovery.
