Urinary obstructive symptoms may occur - increased frequency, urgency, pain on urination; however, these are not specific for prostate cancer. Bone pain when advanced-but not usual.

Prostate cancer: Sadly, there are no noticeable symptoms of prostate cancer in the curable stages. Hence the importance of psa screening. In the advanced stages it can cause voiding difficulty, bone pain, weight loss etc.
