Probably not: Implantation does not cause any pain at all. Feeling a pinch or pressure on one side often could be nothing, or could be some slight pressure within the corpus luteum, which is the cyst where the egg was released from. This area is making a lot of hormones now, and can sometimes enlarge slightly. It is usually of no concern.
