B cell refers: To the type of lymphocyte involved with the cancer. This is a fairly aggressive subtype and therefore treated much like acute lymphoblastic leukemia all.

A Type of Lymphoma: B-lbl is a rare form of cancer of a type of white blood cell. It is usually an aggressive type of cancer and needs to be treated promptly with chemotherapy.
