Yes: Sertraline (Zoloft) has a side effect of jaw clenching. Other depression meds have a similar effect. If symptoms troublesome, ask MD about another drug, or have the clenching managed by a TMJ expert. Any dentist can be a TMJ expert with the proper training and experience. Most commonly, oral surgeons, prosthodontists, and orofacial pain specialists. Ask your MD, or your dentist for referral.
