Changes?: The prescription of the eyes don't really change past the age of 21 except for a few cases: when there is a weak wall problem that the eye gets bigger or warped (keratoconus/staphyloma) which is very unusual, or the person is far sighted and their natural mechanism to dial in their prescription tires out and glasses are needed to pick up the slack, or cataract! most likely at age 36 your choice 2.
