Usually a well visit: Best to have children see their pediatrician once a year, to go over development, review health status, and practical prevention topics.

Lots: Primary care visit will involve a complete physical exam and comprehensive history and check of immunization. And a lot more depending on the age of the child.

Primary care visit: Primary care means a docotr who specializes in preventive care and has basic knowledge of most of the systems and would know when to refer the patient to a specialist. I think what u mean tho is a visit for immunizations and counseling for preventive care and exam for gaging the normal devewlopment in a child.
