Try again: Epi's almost always are a marker of a contaminated specimen--it picked up skin cells along the stream. Need a good clean catch, and are looking for bacteria, white blood cells, nitrite, leukocyte esterase, and WBC casts for classic pyelonephritis (kidney infection). If ua clean other than red blood cells, might be a kidney stone. See a doctor for testing.
