Unlikely: If your pregancy test was negative, there is still a chance you are so early in your pregnancy that you do not produce enough HCG to trigger the test. If that is the case, you would be considered pregnancy but the uterus would still be its normal size. Uterine growth does not begin that early in pregnancy.
