Menstrual changes: First step, if you are sexually active, is to check a pregnancy test. If negative, then other causes for late menses would include intense exercise, stress, diet changes, hormonal imbalances. If you do not get your period for an entire month and none of the factors mentioned above apply to you, then you should see your GYN provider for an exam and further work up.
