Exercise good.: Exercise has many benefits, but increasing the size of the breasts is not on the list. While you may be able to increase the size of the pectoralis muscle (behind the breast), the breast itself tend to shrink with weight loss. Unless you have breast implants, the primary determinant of breast size is genetics. The breasts tend to change throughout life, especially puberty, pregnancy and menopause.

Chest, not Breast !: Your chest can increase in size with exercising the pectoral muscles, but not the breasts, as they don't have any muscle tissue. Usually, not always, the breasts will stop growing around the end of puberty, which is usually around the age you are currently. They will also grow with pregnancy, and lactation (breast milk). There is a device called the brava that can temporarily swell the breasts.
