Subtract about: Three weeks from the date of the five week ultrasound. Remember, the egg lives 12-24 hours but sperm lives up to about 7 days. Conception, in other words, does not occur right when u have intercourse. The sperm has to be waiting on the egg and takes time to get there. Gd luck.
