Not much: It just means your period is lasting a little longer than usual. Having sex on your period or while you are still bleeding is not dangerous if that is what you are asking. I notice you are 18. Please consider seeing a doctor to discuss birth control. If you are having sex without birth control or condoms you are at risk for pregnancy.
