Imaging: It sounds as if this is the terminology that was used on an imaging study--either a ct scan or ultrasound. This indicates to me that your lymph node is not simply bean-shaped like normal, but is likely lobulated or perhaps composed of fluid-filled areas. Increased vascularity means that there are many blood vessels feeding it, likely because it is growing. A biopsy may be in order.

Likely more vessels.: Apparently this doesn't mean much other than that tyhis node has more vascularity or vessels in its cross section than normal, and it is complexly arranged. This seems to be a nonspecific term that I have not heard used much, but it does not appear to point to any signs of lymphoma or tumor/cancer involvement.
