What is the question: Even if blood levels of alcohol may have declines and be below the level considered evidence of inebriation, there are other alterations in blood and urine chemistry that can detect use of alcohol. Why did you have the test done?

Depends : The only reason to have a blood test done for alcohol under those circumstances would be police (or your lawyer's) concern for a dui. Alcohol levels decline at approximately 10 mg% per hour (intoxicated is by definition 80 mg%), so if your alcohol level was over 130 mg% when you peaked, you could still have a detectable alcohol level. If lower, not. Don't drink and drive. Period!
