Time to call your OB: The d/c might be a vaginits from many possible causes. The WBC in urine might be from this, or urethritis, or urinary tract infection. While just exiting first trimester, medication use still must weigh risks / benefits. This is best done by an expert--your expert: see your OB doctor.
