Hi well i have many open sores in my vagina area and i am on acyclovir but i need advice on how to heal the sores quicker?

Need therapeutic dos: If it is herpes you need therapeutic dose and not suppressive dose as you have active infection if you are not sure have it checked as the ulcers can come from other conditions.Check with your doctor.
