If prolonged/OB MD: Persistent diarrhea can cause a massive loss of electrolytes such a potassium. Call or see your OB if that is the case.

Depends: It depends on how long this lasts and if you can stay hydrated (and nourished). Drink plenty of fluids and eat well. If you begin vomiting or start to run a fever, you should call your OB or go to the OB triage center where you plan to deliver asap. You are officially "at term" meaning your baby can be born anytime now. If the diarrhea doesn't include nausea and fever you can wait it out.
