Yes, small chance..: Besides abstinence, no other birth control method is 100%. The chance is small, but you can get pregnant while on the pills, iud, Depo-Provera injections etc... It is easier to get pregnant at you age compare to, say, 40. It is difficult to tell if you are spotting from period or could be implantation bleeding, but more likely spotting from period. Do a hpt.
