Partly luck!: It always seems we get pregnant easily at the worst of times, and struggle at the best. Start tracking your ovulation times. Read tony weschler's book, "taking charge of your fertility" to help you learn ways to pinpoint your ovulation clues. Be sure you are tracking your periods (there's an app for that!). If no luck over the next 6-8 months, consider seeing a fertility specialist. Lgromkomd.
