Yes, repeat in 1 wk.: The hpt depends on bhcg which increases with time after fertilization. You are only 3 days late, so you could have a positive that didn't show up yet. If you take it in one week, it can show up positive. If it does not, and you still din't get your period, see your doctor for some other possible cause.
