Condoms: You should be treated also before you have sex or you need to use condoms. Otherwise your infection will never go away.

Not standard of care: Chlamydia in pregnant women should be treated with azithromicin orally 1 gram and you should be treated as well. She should ne tested 2-4 weeks later to make sure the infectino has cleared.
