Yes; 57 not problem: Very low calorie intake, as well as (semi)starvation can decrease metabolic rate, and slow heart rate. 57 BPM is only slightly low; it is unlikely that it would cause problems. Inadequate calories, or protein, etc. Could on the other hand cause problems-fatigue, poor concentration, etc.
