Nothing: Remember, your period is not just blood. It is the lining of the uterus that is shedding because it does not have to support a pregnancy. Most of the time any tissue is small and goes unnoticed, but sometimes your period bleeding can seem "tissue-y" ... That's ok. If everything else around your period is normal ... Timing, flow, duration.
