All and none: All the bones are susceptible to fracture under the right stresses or types of injury. The heel bone is like an egg, hard shell, with soft inner bone. The metatarsals and phalanges are like tubes with a hollow middle. All in all, the foot bones are structurally positioned to bear the weight of daily activities, so they are not fragile per se, but under the "perfect storm", they can fracture.

None: Your foot bones are really quite strong, and are designed to hold up with walking, running, jumping, and more. We would not last long on our feet if the bones were fragile. The most common bone fractured in the foot is in the toes, usually from a direct hit on the bone. Of course, depending on the injury mechanism, almost any foot bone can be fractured.
