It doesnt.: Diet (caloric intake) and exercise (caloric burning) are the hallmarks of weight loss. Sex really doesnt provide enough sustained cardiac caloric burning to lose weight. It is a form of exercise, but not enough to affect significant weight reduction. Medication that affect caloric intake can help. Good luck.
