Go see your doctor: If you have chalmydia, you need to have this treated aggressively, as it can scar your tubes and damage your reproductive organs. Your sexual partner needs to be checked as he might be re-infecting you. If you have more than one partner, you need to have them all checked and treated. Safe sex and sexual abstinence are ways of decreasing your risk of getting this infection. Bcp dont protect u.

Confusing question: As long as you engage in sexual activities with a partner who has chlamydia you can get it repeatedly. That partner may or may not have symptoms, since many with chlamydia do not. If you have it treated and cured, your next chance for infection comes with your next encounter. This germ is not like measles, where you become immune after getting over it.
