Hi=culprit : Ur a antalgic gait may have been due 2 a sub clinical hip fx. Or 1 that was missed. This then caused what we call an insufficiency fractur or stress fx. The hip fx also may have been an insufficiency fx or due 2 minor trauma . It also healed with some external rotational deformity, pain= gone when healed.
