Maybe infection: Even if you have not had sex, you could still have vaginal yeast infection or vaginal bacterial infection. Also, if you shave, you could itch from shaving, skin irritation. Allergies to soap/detergents/cloths can also cause vulvar itching. You should find an ob/gyn to talk to about this.
