Don't know: Rashes are relatively impossible to diagnose over the computer. Breast pain, with an associated rash should certainly be examined by a physician. Get a dr.'s appointment and that way you will have peace of mind, get a proper diagnosis, and the proper course of treament ordered. Good luck.
